It is a jointed Venture collaborated by Jiangyin Mold Plastic Group, the largest bumper supplier in China, and Venture Global Engineering LLC in the USA, which is one of the four car interior systems suppliers all around the world. With the possession of 6 million stable capital, our joint venture has advantages in the international competition of automotive mold and fixture, also the automotive interior decoration areas Basing on the mold industry, in the past several years, the mold sub company of Jiangyin Mold Plastic Group has developed new products through international technical communication and training; consequently cultivated a batch of professionals who are good at absorbing new advanced technologies. In this way, the people have mastered the molding and repairing techniques of huge molds as well as the operating and maintaining techniques of big machines. With the launch of this joint venture, we further absorb the interior, mold design, and manufacturing experience from our American partner, so as to master the latest technologies in the world.The two domains of our joint venture are interior system products and mold and checking fixture manufacturing. As to the interior system part, the main techniques contain injection molding, die-casting, paint ornament, reaction injection molding, blow molding, slash molding, etc. As to the molding part, we have 20 designers and 60 manufacturing workers, and our main products are medium and large sized automotive-plastic-part mold and checking fixture and also help to design such mold and checking fixture. Up until now, we have succeeded in building more than one hundred molds for Shanghai VW, Shanghai GM, and Wuhai Citroen.To achieve high accuracy, high efficiency and long duration of our mold and checking fixture, we adopt the mature software of CAD/CAM during the design of mold, with the ISO and DIN standards as the guild line. Our mold quality is guaranteed by the application of CNC, EDM and manual repairing and fixing and the new simulative software of the injection flowing process, which can accurately calculate the number of the gates and locate the manifold system. |
